∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing production related all activities of a production unit of 40 molding machine effectively & efficiently.
∎ The ideal candidate have to ensure timely production of cups as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to increase productivity through applying modern/updated techniques are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ He organizes pre-production meeting or pre-production activities to discuss relate issues
∎ Responsible for achieving hourly, daily and monthly Production Efficiency as demanded by internal customer.
∎ Hourly, daily and monthly Production target to achieve based on the set target efficiency and with a keen eye on quality issues.
∎ The candidate must engage his highest effort to reduce material wastage
∎ Workers & Staffs turnover, migration and absenteeism rate has to maintain and control as per the industry good factory standard.
∎ High level of coordination required between different sections like lamination, cutting, molding, die cut, hand trimming, QC and packing.
∎ Should have the proper insight of overall production system and should be able to perform calculation to allocate the optimum number of manpower to different sections to achieve target, overtime work should keep within the factory permissible light.
∎ Responsible to ensure quality at source, Zero defect cup production and end line defect control, reject percentage as per the company permissible light.
∎ Responsible for maintaining Cut to ship ratio up to the best possible level, responsible for good piece production after receiving cut panel to packing.
∎ Workers and Staffs Skill matrix has to maintain, update and improve as per monthly and annual plan.
∎ Uphold and improve workers and staffs satisfaction level under your influence.
∎ Responsible for taking care of workers safety and welfare
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
