Job Context:
∎ Candidate must have long time practical experience in PU Footwear Company directly in production dept.
∎ Kyros Footwear Ind. Ltd is a brand initiated under the banner of `Nice Roks` India. Within four years of its manufacturing, Kyros has consistently become famous in Bangladesh and India. Its corporate office is located in Baridhara, Dhaka-1212.
∎ We are looking for a suitable candidate who possess the job with sound understanding, independently working and consulting activity designed to add value and improve a company`s operations and to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Production.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be have in-depth knowledge and practical experience on Production Management
∎ Will be fully responsible for effective production planning and efficient implementation.
∎ Must be good in preparing daily production report
∎ Must be good in Microsoft Excel and Word
∎ Assist in preparing daily/monthly production planning.
∎ Daily planning for Cutting, Embossing, Sewing, PU, Packing, Sole make & colour and Delivery.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in production on SOP basis.
∎ Must have sufficient experience in maintaining Inventory and Production Software.
∎ Guide in making Bill of Materials (BOM) and respective monthly requisitions of Raw Materials for Local Purchase (Raw Materials, Electrical, Maintenance and others) and import materials in alignment with Supply Chain on the basis of monthly production Projection.
∎ Provide daily Production Report to Managing Director.
∎ Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
∎ Forecast supply and demand of raw materials.
∎ Oversee distribution of supplies in the factory and report if any damages/less/any problems.
∎ Ensure the accurate and optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment/delivery target.
∎ Acknowledgement of the order quantity in advance for making production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Manager of the unit regarding the production plan.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
∎ Ensure product design and development and related R&D activities as per the customer/company requirements.
∎ Lead and oversee all the sections in the production floor.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and report writing skill in English.
∎ Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results.
∎ Must be dynamic, Hard-working, Versatile and people orientated.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English.
∎ Well understanding about the Industrial production specially Footwear.
Salary: Negotiable
