Experience:

• 10 to 15 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Diploma

• Bachelor/Diploma in Textile Engineering, however, entry requirements can be relaxed for experienced candidates having successful track record.

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Dyeing Factory

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in garment manufacturing (both knit & woven preferred) with at least 5-8 years in a production manager or senior supervisory role in an export‐oriented factory.

• Proven track record of managing production lines from cutting to shipment is an absolute must.

• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes: knit & woven fabrics, cutting printing, embroidery, operations, sewing, finishing, packing, shipping.

• Experience in managing large scale production: multiple lines, shifts, large manpower, export deadlines.

• Good skills in Production Planning, Work Study/IE, SMV, line balancing, efficiency improvement and cost control.

• Strong leadership and people management skills: ability to motivate and develop teams, enforce discipline and accountability.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills: able to work with internal departments and external stakeholders (buyers, auditors).

• Good knowledge of buyer compliance standards, quality inspection systems, on‐time‐shipping metrics.

• Good computer skills: MS Office, production reporting tools; familiarity with ERP/MES a plus.

• Results-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

• Analytical mindset: able to identify bottlenecks, use data to drive decisions.

• Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making capability.

• Ability to adapt in a fast‐moving environment, work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good English communication skills (written & spoken) a plus (for dealing with buyers/audits).

• High level of integrity and discipline.
