• Experience in large Composite Knit Industries and working in similar position will get preference.

• Candidate living near Narayangonj will be added as advantage.

• 100 % Honest in all aspect.

• Responsible for all activities from cutting to shipment and Coordination with cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, maintenance for smooth operation of production.

• Manage & Direct activities congenial to ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame.

• Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.

• Direct and control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.

• Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.

• Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve.

• Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.

• Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.

• Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality at everywhere (ensure shipment with zero defects).

• Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.

• Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing & Quality team responsible personnel to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.

• Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.

• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.

• Monitor report on production, maintenance, manpower, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost.

• Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.

• Must have experience to handle minimum 25 Lines Knit Garments.

• Carry out any other jobs as assigned time to time.
