Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance within RMG (Ready-Made Garments) in mass manufacturing process. This role ensures that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements through the development and implementation of quality systems, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives as below:
Production Quality Monitoring (Monitor in-line and end-line inspection processes to detect and resolve quality issues promptly)
Defect Prevention & Corrective Actions (Analyze root causes of defects and complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Buyer Communication & Compliance (Coordinate with buyers` QA teams for inspections and approvals & Ensure products comply with buyer specifications, technical packs, and testing requirements)
Reporting (Generate and present quality performance reports, highlighting key issues, trends, and improvement plans & Maintain documentation of inspections, audits, and compliance records.)
Training & Development (Train and guide QA/QC personnel to enhance their skills and understanding of quality standards)
