• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• A Bachelor`s degree in Industrial Engineering.

• Age 30 to 35 years

• Candidates must possess 7-10 years of extensive experience in Knitwear production management.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of Knitwear manufacturing processes, sewing machines, and related equipment.

• Proficiency in Industrial Engineering tools such as time study, method study, line balancing, and SMED.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Knowledge of garment production processes, fabrics, and testing methods.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

• The applicant should possess the ability to utilize communication tools, specific design and production software, and be knowledgeable in managing data and the broader digital supply chain, particularly in relation to their role.

Responsibility :

Process Optimization:

• Conduct time and motion studies to analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes, reducing non-productive time and enhancing efficiency.

• Standard Setting:

• Determine the Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM) or Standard Minute Value (SMV) for garment assembly processes to set production targets.

• Line Balancing & Layout:

• Plan and design efficient assembly line layouts and balance workloads to ensure smooth production flow and eliminate bottlenecks.

• Production Planning & Control:

• Manage production schedules, monitor daily and hourly output, and ensure targets are met, working to improve factory capacity and productivity.

• Quality Assurance:

• Enforce quality control systems and monitor production to reduce waste and improve overall product quality

• Cost Analysis:

• Analyze manufacturing costs, including thread consumption and labor costs, to improve profitability.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, and all other effective tools to drive ongoing improvements in efficiency and productivity.

• Resource Utilization:

• Optimize the use of manpower, machines, materials, and methods to achieve maximum output.

• Operator Development:

• Provide guidance for operator training and develop multi-skilled operators to enhance flexibility and efficiency.

• Bottleneck Identification:

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process to maintain optimal workflow and output.
