Responsibilities & Context:

• Handle end-to-end merchandising activities from order confirmation to shipment.

• Communicate with buyers regarding product development, approvals, and production status.

• Follow up with factories on sampling, production planning, and delivery timelines.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained as per buyer requirements.

• Coordinate with sourcing, QC, and logistics teams for smooth execution.

• Monitor T&A (Time & Action) calendar and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Woven, Knit, and Sweater products.

• Experience working with international brands such as Comodo, Brunotti, or similar will be preferred.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in merchandising.

• Good understanding of production processes, fabric, trims, and costing.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
