Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
∎ Plan and supervise production activities.
∎ Monitor the production process to identify and resolve bottlenecks and system losses, aiming to improve efficiency.
∎ Manage raw material and finished goods inventory planning.
∎ Ensure effective manpower management and consistent production output.
∎ Schedule machines and coordinate with teams to ensure maintenance, improve quality, and minimize wastage.
