• Leading the team, monitoring day-to-day performance and productivity, and motivating team members for continuous improvement to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Delivering sales targets for all products by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level.

• Aggressively executing sales programs (i.e., new schemes/promotions/trade engagement, etc.) to deliver targeted numbers and revenue,

• and craft strategic and sustainable JBPs/partnerships for companies.Channel Development (especially B2B/Institution/Out of Home (OOH)/eCommerce), Infrastructure, and Process Compliance.Executing

• On-the-Job training (OJT) plans for sales teams and front-end team members to improve functional skills and implement capability initiatives.

• Developing sustainable long-term relationships with channel partners.Maintain track of financials and craft long-term strategies with the best servicing model for channel partners.
