Job Context:
∎ Tusuka is looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has initiative, drive and self-motivation to take challenges to deliver high-quality results with coordination among all departments for securing optimum production.
∎ The Production Manager will oversee all daily operations from production to shipment to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Technically sound on RMG production (Specialty on Woven/Denim washed items).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets within given time frame.
∎ Concentrates about all kinds of inputs, studies capacity of operation, identifies and removes constraints to make optimistic use of man, machines and materials.
∎ Assures that employee disciplining are effectively administered.
∎ Controls the improvement of production processes and reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Good knowledge on pattern and marker, technically problem solving ability with required quality standard.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of machine and skilled operatives.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
∎ Production reliable product quality.
∎ Building a relationship with merchandising department & others for smooth operation. Highlight production anomalies & suggest for needful steps to concern management.
∎ Provide job assignment to supervisors and other subordinates.
∎ Ensure to pursue right works, quality and maintenance standard.
∎ Make right evaluation of performance of subordinates.
∎ Inspires unites employees for better works, better motivation.
∎ Responsible for ensuring discipline in the floor.
∎ Take care of workers safety and welfare.
∎ Monitor the inspection of raw materials and accessories of the garment as per quality measurements by using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Tools.
∎ Maintain required quality standards in all manufacturing processes in all products.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Capable to follow up quality of sewing and finishing for shipment as buyer requirements.
∎ Should have knowledge of MS office, mail exchange and ERP software management.
∎ Good knowledge on specification sheet, Technical spec quality.
