Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Diploma in Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after Raw material (RM) to finish goods (FG).
∎ Ensure Raw materials mesh size, PVC Additives and other required RM & its specification.
∎ RM Ratio Maintain depends on market demand.
∎ Machine and Product relation.
∎ Maintain Extruder, Printing, Fabricating, Packing Machine etc. Also have to solve product deformation and degradation.
∎ To maintain team work.
∎ Boost up team manpower to achieve target production & product quality.
∎ Have to send all units daily production report to head office.
∎ Ability to make economy production plan according to sales and marketing team requirements.
∎ Responsible for direct and indirect production.
∎ To prepare RM requirement plan.
∎ General Knowledge about inventory and VAT.
∎ To reduce rejection, decrease energy consumption rate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Plastic (PVC Door) manufacturing experience

Salary: Negotiable
