• At least 5 years

• BSc & MSc in any reputed University.

• At least 5 years

• Age 30 to 40 years

• 5 years’ working Experience in Maintenance Department.

• All Kinds of Extruder Mold Maintenance.

• All Kinds of Electrical Maintenance. 1. Inverter Setup 2. PLC Setup.

• Arc Welding, Sport Welding, Ss Welding & MS Welding.

• Maintain Conical Twin screw Extruder machine, Hopper machine, Hot/cooling mixture machine, crushing machine, pulverize machine, Frame Welding Machine, Frame Cutting Machine, Bit Cutting Machine, Panel Cutting Machine, Packaging Machine, Hot stamping Machine, Roller Printing Machine, Frame Printing Machine Chiller Machine, Compressor Machine, Generator Machine, Poly Machine, Injection Molding Machine.

• Very careful about Machine maintenance schedule and manpower control.

• Maintain different kinds of report to my above responsible concerns by mail.

• solve immediate machine troubleshooting when any production Problems occurs.

• always follow compliance issues to make a safe production plant.

• Daily maintenance planning.

• Proper manpower utilization.

• Ensure maintenance work.

• Attending weekly, Monthly & Regular meeting also different types of training.

• All Kinds of Production Work.

• All Kinds of Mixture Works.

• Quality and cost control.

• Reporting.
