• Set production targets and goals in line with the shipment dates. Monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.

• Ensure that the production lines and machine layouts are optimized for efficiency, quality, and safety. Collaborate with the Maintenance team to make necessary adjustments and improvements.

• Supervise the assessment, training, and management of production personnel. Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development.

• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards. Address any quality issues promptly and work with the quality assurance team to resolve them.

• Develop and maintain production schedules, taking into account available resources and demand forecasts. Adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing priorities and customer needs.

• Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality or safety.

• Promote and enforce a safe work environment, ensuring that all production activities adhere to relevant safety regulations and company policies.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall operational effectiveness.

• Maintain open and effective communication with other departments, including Merchandising, PD, Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to ensure a smooth production process.
