Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Optimum Utilization of Manpower.
∎ Monthly, hourly, daily target follow up.
∎ Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style wise, color wise and reconciliation.
∎ Layout planning for new style.
∎ Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
∎ Minimize Wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ Maintain highest standard of quality.
∎ Skill development in the floor.
∎ Maintain Safe, Compliant and pleasant workplace.
∎ Knowledge on English language (Spoken in English) is compulsory.
∎ Always communicate with Sr. Production Manager (Korean boss).
∎ Make daily report and sent to the reporting boss.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Floor/ Line Management, Production, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments
∎ Computer Knowledge- Office program and e-mail etc.
∎ Good communication local management, Korean Boss and others
