Responsibilities & Context:
- Daily all machine check & ensure ready to production.
- To execute all orders as per plan, and input ensure for the production.
- Take Production target setup and monitoring, calculate the daily efficiency of each machine.
- Ensure per machine production efficiency as per target.
- Ensure product quality & minimize wastage as well as overall cost.
- Ensuring proper use of manpower, reducing idle, and assigning the whole production people to work.
- Arrange open discussions with the production employee others department about different problems (production risk) and try to solve those as early as possible.
- Ensuring an orderly working environment on the production floor.
