∎ Skills Required: Active Reports, Adaptibility, Presentation

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Production planning, Production Process
Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Vogra Baipass, Gazipur
∎ Working hours: 8 Hours
∎ Weekly working day: Six (6); Work Off: Friday
∎ English Proficiency & Presentation Skill: High level
∎ Professional Quality: Mature work attitude, honest, hard working, effective communicator & good presenter, should have can do attitude, *positivity towards company culture is must.
∎ Preference will be given to those who can join immediately after final selection and have production department`s experience from mobile phone / electronics item assembling factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Control and look after overall Production, Operation of the assembly lines.
∎ Supervising and Monitoring assembly line, team members.
∎ Must have Cost cutting and production plan development and monitoring strategy.
∎ Must have experience of regular training for production staffs and operators.
∎ Maintain appropriate stock of Raw Materials, Work In Progress and Finished Goods
∎ Must have prompt idea about Bangladesh Labor Law R Rules.
∎ Must have vast idea of "on process and recipe" in case of formulating and introducing new products.
∎ Assess actual requirement of the manpower and source the right people for right place.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Sound Knowledge about 5s, 6s and PDCA cycle
∎ Must have team management skill
∎ Should have clear idea about SOP, different type of production base wastage
∎ Sound knowledge about competitor's product
Salary:
∎ Smart phone assembling factory standard.
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
