Experience:
Should have excellent production management capacity.
Responsible for effective production planning.
Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning while ensuring cost reduction and increase profitability.
Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet the goal.
Must have sound knowledge on dyeing production.
Ensure daily dyeing programs based on production & delivery schedule day to day production monitoring in dyeing & set dyeing recipe discussing with Dyeing Senior Responsible.
Make sure on time dyeing & delivery of all dyed fabric Responsible for dyeing RFT. Maintain Dyeing RFT 90%. Understand visual matching and data color matching.
Basics of Dyeing Machine operating, guiding subordinates and manpower how to run dyeing machine, set programs, fix dyeing procedure of reactive dyeing (cotton) and disperse dyeing (polyester) as per dyeing recipe and process.
Analyze production data, production volume & coordination in material management. Daily dyeing unloading as per machine capacity.
Analytical skill on dyeing Quality issue.Understand dyeing fault and remediation.
Communicate with concern dept Like Quality, merchandising etc. to get fabric approval.
Provide daily production report to senior management as per target & follow up of scheduled machine maintenance.
Any other task assigned by the management.
