Responsibilities & Context:
Production Director is required in BSA Group of Companies, Chittagong, Bangladesh for its 100% export oriented RMG sector producing and supplying woven (Top and Bottom) and knit garments to the American and other overseas buyers.
The position is at Factory based namely Vanguard Dresses Ltd (Plot # A-5, Block # B, BSCIC I/E, Sagarika Road, Pahartali, Chattogram.)
Job Responsibilities:
The production Director formulates and creates the following arena :
High productivity and efficiency of the production lines.
Best utilization of resources with better quality of production.
Eliminating pitfalls in production process with technical problem solving and improving ongoing production methods.
Strengthening the production team in all respects of technical stages of production process.
Production target deviation management and enable production team in achieving the target in some steady way by setting a sustainable method of production technique.
