Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a production audit plan to ensure that our garments are being produced to meet our high-quality standards, ethical manufacturing practices, and sustainability goals.
∎ Work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
∎ Conduct regular audits of the production process to ensure that our products meet our standards for quality, ethical manufacturing, and sustainability.
∎ Identify and report on any non-conformances or deviations from our standards, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
∎ Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ethical manufacturing and sustainability, and ensure that our production processes comply with these requirements.
∎ Work collaboratively with other teams within the company, such as design, sourcing, and logistics, to ensure that our products are meeting customer expectations for quality and sustainability.
∎ • Ensure that all documentation related to the audit process is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
∎ Manage a team of auditors to ensure that production audits are conducted efficiently and effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years of experience in production management, with a focus on quality control and/or audit management.
∎ Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and techniques, as well as knowledge of industry standards for ethical manufacturing and sustainability.
∎ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and address issues in the production process.
∎ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the company.
∎ Experience managing a team of auditors is a plus.
∎ Fluency in English and any other language is a plus.
