Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the Production Manager in identifying and generating ideas for daily audio productions.
∎ Research program topics using reports, data and online sources.
∎ Conduct audio interviews and negotiate interview times with representatives of NGO, UN and
∎ government.
∎ Contribute to the finalization of the daily audio production schedule and distributing assignments
∎ to community producers.
∎ Ensure that the community producers carry out the tasks assigned to them.
∎ Participate in writing and editing the audio programs, as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have the experience of working with audio editing software (such as Audition, Audacity or similar) and working with community (Rohingya) led development projects. He or she should be self-starter, positively motivated and have good organizational skills.
∎ Skills & Knowledge: The candidates must have
∎ Report writing and communication skills in English;
∎ Computer proficiency in English and Bangla;
∎ the ability to speak the Rohingya or Chittagong language.

∎ BDT 37,163 consolidated
