Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling IT & ITES product development jobs for both in-House and outside customers
∎ Ensure the timely and successful development of products in line with the customers' requirements.
∎ Plan and carry out development functions in a way that ensures solid profitability and helps increase Company's market share as well as value.
∎ Product Documentation & Road map Maintenance.
∎ Coordinate with key personnel involved in the product development process
∎ Performs research in order to determine the best way to produce a particular item
∎ Gathers the raw materials necessary to build or create the product being developed
∎ Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product
∎ Ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled
∎ Coordinate with various departments and prepare a list of market requirements and prioritize work
∎ Formulated plans & translated concept and design into product
∎ Successfully managed Design and PD responsibility for customers and cultivated excellent relationships with existing customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good analytical, planning, and coordination skill
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent command of English
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office
∎ Must be a team player and can get along with the co-workers
∎ Must be punctual, well-groomed, and have good manners
∎ Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned projects within the given timeline
∎ Must be innovative, easygoing, hardworking, and compliant with business ethics
