∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or similar role.
∎ Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
∎ Strong understanding of Dhaka’s real estate market.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
∎ Must have sufficient property (product) data.
∎ Manage and lead the property sales team to drive performance.
∎ Identify new sales opportunities, clients, and market trends.
∎ Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
∎ Site visits, presentations, and client follow-ups.
∎ Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
∎ Maintain knowledge of the real estate market, legal regulations, and competitor activity.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
