∎ Minimum 10 years of practical experience in land/property law, preferably in the real estate sector.
∎ In-depth knowledge of land laws, registration processes, and legal documentation in Bangladesh.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review, draft, and verify all legal documents related to land/property transactions.
∎ Conduct due diligence on land ownership, mutation, registration, and legal compliance.
∎ Contacting government offices, land offices, sub-registrar offices, and other relevant authorities.
∎ Provide legal opinions on property issues, disputes, and contracts.
∎ Handle legal notices, agreements, MOUs, and client documentation.
∎ Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
