Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• 1 to 2 years

• Experience in Banking or NBFI sector, preferably in Retail Banking, SME Banking, Liability Marketing, or Product & Services.

• Experience in branch operations, deposit mobilization, or customer-facing roles will be considered a strong advantage.

• Understanding of retail liability products and market dynamics

• Report writing, data interpretation, and analytical skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Achieve assigned business targets for deposit mobilization and loan/advance growth, contributing to overall branch performance.

• Deliver prompt, responsive, and high-quality service to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Manage customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and converting feedback into opportunities for service enhancement.

• Maintain robust internal controls and adherence to all regulatory and organizational policies to prevent money laundering, misrepresentation, fraud, and ensure customer protection.

• Oversee branch-related expenses to ensure all financial transactions are processed with due diligence and in strict compliance with organizational policies.

• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment where the branch team operates effectively and consistently upholds LankaBangla Finance PLC’s core values.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in preparing and submitting all daily operational and business reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational efficiency.
