Job Context:
∎ The product manager is responsible for setting a product vision and strategy; articulate the business value to the product team so they understand the intent behind the new product or product release. The product manager owns the roadmap and must prioritize building what matters most to achieve the strategic goals and initiatives behind the product.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage product development process from product management point of view.
∎ To develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
∎ To develop and maintain an understanding of the products, market, competitor activity and competition.
∎ To develop product positioning and go to market strategy.
∎ To collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products.
∎ To identify areas for growth and create strategic product line road-maps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features.
∎ To analyze potential partner relationships for the product and lead the effort to integrate ours.
∎ Applications with other leading industry systems.
∎ Should have sufficient technical & Formulation knowledge for production of Feeds and organizational capacity of handling Production of Feeds independently.
∎ Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
∎ To manage all life cycle stages for a product from idealization through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverable are understood and releases are delivered on time.
∎ To ensure the coordination of technical support/engineering and onsite construction resources.
∎ To build strong local and regional relationships with Customers, ensure Customer Satisfaction excellence and help in securing repeat orders with our customers.
∎ To ensure compliance to Quality Policy and Quality processes are strictly implemented.
∎ Work alongside functional, industry, and technical specialists to assist with the implementation and integration of innovative solutions including methods, techniques, tools, change management, and training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven track record in Product selling & Marketing.
∎ Candidates having good academic background will get extra preference.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Candidates experienced in electronics product will get preference.
∎ Candidates must have frequently market visiting tendency nationwide.
∎ Can do Attitude.
∎ Good negotiation skill.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Mentality to extended hours.
