Job Responsibilities:
∎ In depth knowledge on countrywide electrical accessories market. Able to understand its business opportunities and expansion.
∎ Responsible for Country Wide Trade Marketing of Accessories Business. Such as – Switch, Socket, Circuit Breaker, Light.
∎ Able to formulate yearly sales /collection target for entire trading sector around the country and its structural execution in collaboration with Divisional / Territory / Area / Branch managers.
∎ Able to plan and organize Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly forecasting report on sales and other related activities to carryout sales.
∎ Understand competitors and market behavior and develop marketing strategy to ensure revenues are protected.
∎ Must have own leadership attributes who can lead the country wide sales force from the front and direct them according
∎ Must have Quick thinker, decision maker and influential.
∎ In depth knowledge of market competition and competitor analysis.
∎ Experience in managing multi product market.
∎ Experience with managing Branch /Area/ Territory or divisional managers.
∎ Experience with supervising & managing Branch /Area/ Territory or divisional managers.
∎ Experience with working in a countrywide trading environment.
∎ Required to travel around the country extensively.
∎ Having good relation with traders around the county.
∎ Maintain good relation with country wide shop owner committee.
∎ Carryout countrywide sales plan of company.
∎ Support to increase Sales volume by maintaining a positive and active customer base to increase purchase orders.
∎ Track competitor’s sales volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate our brand performance.
∎ Able to Manage and motivate several team of managers and executives of trade marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive field visit is required. So must have to physically strong & fit.
∎ Minimum 3 - 4 years of experiences in similar role is a MUST.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Experienced in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Brand Planning/ Development, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting.
