∎ Fluent in English both written and spoken.
∎ Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implementation of a software application of COBAIT at customer site including setup, configuration, initial lookup data preparation etc.
∎ Provide training and guide end users in using the application.
∎ Guide users in configuring necessary workflows, business process automation etc.
∎ Provide first level support to end users in resolving issues raised by them. Escalate critical issues to second level support team.
∎ Work closely with the team in the US and Dhaka to ensure all the issues are being addressed and in a timely manner.
∎ Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
∎ Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.
