Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Agriculture from any reputed university.
∎ MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing marketing plan, yearly sales budget and profit & loss statement for assigned products.
∎ Preparing and implementing effective sales & promotional plan for the assigned products.
∎ Prepare & execute monthly/yearly promotional plan including promo materials and promotional activities (of assigned products).
∎ Gathering market intelligence by developing an effective network, sources and reports.
∎ Visiting market frequently to formulate competitive marketing strategy according to prevailing market condition.
∎ Working closely with Regulatory affairs department for searching new molecules, finding alternative sources of existing molecules.
∎ Registration & label extension related issues.
∎ Generating innovative ideas of product diversification for future requirement.
∎ Designing effective sales promotion plan in line with current market scenario.
∎ Prepare Monthly/Yearly (Cascading into month) Import Plan.
∎ Manage and improve Inventory Turnover Ratio (DSI) through justified Inventory management.
∎ Analyse the market gaps and propose for New Molecules, Label Extension of Existing Molecules and Source Change of Existing Molecules to R &D Department.
∎ Conduct customer satisfaction survey among farmers, channel partners & DAE and review the marketing strategies.
∎ Any other job assigned by Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 2 years working experience in Product Management.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, & reporting skills.
∎ Excellent IT proficiency.
∎ Business acumen and knowledge on marketing tools.
∎ Willingness for extensive travelling.
