Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing marketing plan, yearly sales budget and profit & loss statement for assigned products.
∎ Preparing and implementing effective sales & promotional plans for the assigned products.
∎ Prepare & execute monthly/yearly promotional plan including promo materials & promotional activities (assigned products).
∎ Gathering market intelligence by developing an effective network, sources and reports.
∎ Understanding Crop-Pest relationships and design/prepare/propose effective marketing strategies.
∎ Visiting the market frequently to formulate competitive marketing strategies according to prevailing market conditions.
∎ Working closely with the regulatory affairs department for searching new molecules, and find alternative sources of existing molecules.
∎ Registration & label extension-related issues.
∎ Generating innovative ideas for product diversification for future requirements.
∎ Designing effective sales promotion plan in line with the current market scenario.
∎ Prepare Monthly/Yearly (Cascading into the month) Import Plan.
∎ Manage and improve Inventory Turnover Ratio (DSI) through justified Inventory management.
∎ Analyze the market gaps and propose New Molecules, Label Extension of Existing Molecules, and Source Change of Existing Molecules to the R &D Department.
∎ Conduct customer satisfaction surveys among farmers, channel partners & DAE and review the marketing strategies.
∎ Any other job assigned by Supervisor.
