Experience:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in assigned territories.
· Lead, motivate, and support sales teams to drive market growth and product penetration.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
· Assist in launching new products and executing marketing initiatives.
· Support product development and ensure alignment with market needs.
· Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training and promotional support.
· Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to refine product strategies.
· Prepare product presentations and promotional materials for sales activities.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products to market.
· Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related field.
· Experience: Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales & marketing for Area Sales Manager; 3+ years in Pharma product management, or related roles for Product Executive.
· Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must and Knowledge in Myanmar Language is an added advantage.
· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Note: Willingness to work in overseas country is must required.
