Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Automobiles, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Power Tiller and other machinery in our product line.
∎ Product: Power Tiller.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and analyze market information and provide inputs in the preparation of marketing strategies.
∎ Prepare and implement appropriate marketing plans for assigned products.
∎ Assist in the preparation of sales budgets/forecasts.
∎ Prepare and implement promotion plans as per budget and monitor the impact of the promotional activities.
∎ Prepare product branding plan, considering customer targeting & online/offline customer behavior.
∎ Monitor the sales against the target and devise appropriate strategies and plans to meet the sales forecast of the assigned product.
∎ Make regular field visits to monitor the market situations, understand customer needs & assess competitors' activities.
∎ Prepare reports, PowerPoint presentations for senior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
∎ Excellent communication and social skills.
∎ Flexibility to travel within Bangladesh.
