Job Responsibilities:
∎ SUMMARY:
∎ Ensure timely delivery of quotation and samplings by coordinating with Sales, CS, Production, Sampling, Sourcing team, etc.
∎ Ensure accuracy and timely of item information transferred to production for the 1st order after development completing
∎ Well co-ordination among different departments such as Sales, CS, Production, Purchasing, hubs Product Development team.
∎ FUNDAMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Coordinate consistent information flow for new item development and global product changes with sales force, customer service team, and production and PD team
∎ Handle inquiry from Sales / CS team and suggest the best production methods in line with desired price points
∎ Ensure timely delivery of quotation and samplings to sales and hub PD
∎ Develop and analyze product specifications to determine present standards, propose quality and reliability expectancy of samplings and products
∎ Deliver optimal service to the specific group of customers / accounts and support best in class execution of global product development
∎ Support ongoing process improvement initiatives
∎ Initiate and run projects based on topics given by concern departments
∎ Work on product re-engineering regularly to improve margin and also give a better quotation support to sales team for business growth.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4-5 years working experience in relevant field.
∎ Proficient in computer operation like: Windows, MS Office, Excel, Power-point, Microsoft Outlook
∎ EXPERIENCE:
∎ Experience in costing/ pricing, sampling coordination in label/packaging industry is preferred.
∎ KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (KSA's):
∎ Excellent communication skills both in written and oral media.
∎ Experience in operating Office applications. MS word , MS PowerPoint , MS Excel (i.e. Vlook Up)
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Has to be a team player.
∎ Prompt responsiveness.
∎ Quick learning capabilities.
∎ Should have sharp analytical ability
∎ Should be skilled to chalk out the priority.
