∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Fashion Design
∎ B.Sc In Textile Engineering ( Major in Fashion Design ) from any govt. institution / private university
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work With Production To Maintain Design Concept Through Out Production Process.
∎ Develop Sampling follow up from the start to the final stage
∎ Manage and provide direction and support to designers within the team
∎ Arrange, coordinate and participation in customer's meeting
∎ Work closely with the sourcing team to research new material.
∎ Ensure fashion marketing, product development & competitive price negotiations considering product category & production capacity.
∎ Assists In Research Of Seasonal Trends, Themes, Colors, Raw Materials, Styling And Trims.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Business/ Product Development,Buyer Handling,Adobe Illustrator
∎ Experience of Sweater garment construction techniques
∎ In depth product knowledge & develop on Ladies, Men & Kids garments
∎ Good knowledge/familiar with fashion based accessories
∎ sound knowledge / concept in season wise fabric selection
∎ very good color knowledge in designing Ladies Men and Kids wear.
∎ Working experience with designers will be given preferences
∎ Good Computer Skills; Excel, Email-outlook.
∎ Good command of written and spoken English
∎ Be able to work independently and effectively under pressure
∎ Adaptable to a dynamic environment
∎ Good internal and external communications
