Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in an organized and methodological way so as to be able to do follow up of developments
∎ Work closely with factories/ sample room regarding all developments running
∎ Work closely with Designers for launching collection samples
∎ Good at excel and able to communicate on outlook
∎ Good logical thinking
∎ Plan and prioritize daily working time effectively with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with approval of Manager
∎ Work independently as well as part of a team
∎ Strong analytical skills, be solution driven and result oriented
∎ Ability to understand garments construction, consumption, CAD & pattern.
∎ Ability to propose alternative compared to Designer sketch/ Should have knowledge what is feasible or not at production level
∎ Should have knowledge in different types of dyeing/printing/ wash/embellishments and styling.
∎ Should be updated with Trends/ be able to prepare customer meetings
∎ Good knowledge of Yarn/ accessory suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Textile Background will be given preference.
∎ Minimum 5-6 year Experiences in Product Development area in Sweater.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following Business area(s): Factory/Buying Houses.
∎ Must have experience in handling Foreign Customers.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be Proactive.
∎ Computer Knowledge and fluency in ENGLISH is must.
Salary: Negotiable
