Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Product Analysis & SpecificationCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into structured product requirements.Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), User Stories, Use Case Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.Define edge cases, field-level validations, and business logic clearly and completely.Work with UI/UX team to align Figma mockups with technical expectations; annotate designs and communicate flows and conditional behaviors.Map out data dependencies, permissions, and third-party integration points.
∎ Collaboration & CoordinationAct as a liaison between product, design, tech, and QA teams.Conduct walkthroughs of documented features with the development team.Ensure that documentation is fully understood and implemented accurately by developers.Collaborate with QA to derive test cases from acceptance criteria, and support UAT validation before delivery.
∎ QA Process SupportAssist QA team in preparing test cases based on product specs.Help coordinate regression testing, UAT feedback handling, and final release verification.Track bugs and enhancements in tools like Jira and ensure traceability to original requirements.Validate delivered features against documentation to ensure functional and UX accuracy.
∎ Must-Have Skills3+ years experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.Proven ability to write clear and technically sound documentation.Strong command over tools such as:Trello or similar task management systemsFigma – reviewing, annotating, and collaborating on UI designsDraw.io / Lucidchart for workflow diagramsPostman for API testing and validationSolid understanding of software product lifecycles, RESTful APIs, data flow, and system behavior.Ability to anticipate edge cases and communicate them precisely.
