Job Responsibilities:
∎ Convert Listings and Update Listing Information
∎ Collect Property Documents
∎ Schedule VT & VDO Collection, Schedule FB Live
∎ Follow Up non-MOU Listings
∎ Collect VT & VDO of MOU Listings
∎ Conduct FB Live of MOU Listings
∎ Prepare Property Valuation Document
∎ Submit Saleable Products to Marketing
∎ Attend Viewings, Conduct Negotiations with Owners
∎ Attend Booking & TPA Meetings
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience.
∎ The applicants should have interest and experience in Sales.
∎ Age 25 to 35 years.
∎ Must be target oriented and ability to meet deadline.
∎ Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.

∎ Salary: Negotiable (as per competencies & company policy)
