Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review procurement documents and prepare orders for IT products Negotiate contracts with suppliers about purchasing and process management.
∎ Received products and checking with the quality and quantity Negotiation for the best possible price and monitor cost-reduction strategies.
∎ Develop and monitor inventory control procedures. Communicating with the vendor to resolve any dispute.
∎ Ensuring Compliance with SOP and Policies. Control proper maintenance of records on office equipment.
∎ Any others job assigned by management.
