Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates must be from a well reputed University (All Public & Private Universities approved by UGC, BIBM or any Foreign Reputed University) having three first Divisions/Classes, GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 and CGPA 3.50 out of 4.00 where applicable in any of the following discipline:
∎ MBM, MBA
∎ Masters with Honours in Economics, English, Statistics, International Relations, Public Administration, Mathematics and Law
∎ Masters with Honours in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Marketing, International Business, MIS, AIS, HRM and Management
∎ M.Sc or B.Sc in Environmental Science, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, Agriculture and Agri-economics
∎ The candidates must have 3 (three) First Divisions/Classes other than English, for English minimum 2(two) First Division/Classes, GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 and CGPA 3.50 out of 4.00 where applicable. In case of English Medium, the candidates must have at least 3 A's with 2 B's in "O" Level and 1 A with 1 B in "A" Level.
∎ No third Division/ Class or CGPA equivalent to 3rd Division/ Class is allowed in any discipline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The Candidates must be Computer Literate with operational knowledge of Windows, MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point and must be fluent in English.
∎ Age must not exceed 30 years as on 30.11.2021.
Salary:
∎ The consolidated pay during probation period will be Tk.34,500/-(Taka thirty four thousand five hundred) only per month.
After successful completion of probation period, they will be absorbed in the Rank of Executive Officer and they will get Gross Salary of Tk. 46,000/- (Taka forty six thousand) only per month in the prescribed pay scale of the Bank.
