Job Context:
∎ Color City Ltd. a concern of DBL Group and world class Dyeing and All Over printing factory in Bangladesh having 70 tons dyeing and 36 tons printing production capacity per day. The company are using most updated technology and sophisticated machineries which are mostly from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Korea and Thailand to long run the business and utmost customer satisfaction. In our country it is very rare to get any employee who has enough technical knowledge about this advanced technology.

∎ At present Color City Ltd. there are 70 Dyeing Machines, 10 Stentar Machines, 4 Rotary Printing Machines, 1 Flatbed Printing Machine and 2 Digital Printing Machine from European Brand (Sclavos, Fongs, Monforts, Bruckner, Reggiani, MHM & Flatbed). The management also are expanding the Dyeing and Finishing capacity very soon.

∎ For this reason, DBL Management wants to hire a foreign expert who will train up our existing workforce for operate the machines in future. Thus the existing local employee will learn technical know-how of the most updated technology.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting standard printing procedures of each production order with details to achieve better quality printed fabric and make it sustainable.
∎ Train printing machine Supervisors, Operators and Helpers to get the idea how to operate and control the machine and stablished a sustainable solution for how to print new sample or bulk fabric production.
∎ Advise and set the print technic of conventional print as per specific production order to get better output on printed fabric as per customer quality requirement.
∎ Observation and fine tuning activity of printing operators, and production team to get better control of printing machine. To take initiative for preventing the unfortunate Accident/Incident in workplace for saving Man, Machine and Materials.
∎ Ensure different training (On-the-Job, Class Room) especially for printing machine Operators to understand the machine characters and different techniques to control the machine for better quality print.
∎ Make sure to apply different technical application of printing techniques to the printing machine operators to create their own mind set in the positive thinking.
∎ Keep close contact and co-operate with the different process like, Design developing & Screen making for how to develop the design, modification and adjust to get the better printed fabrics.
∎ Sharing the idea to the local workforce regarding how to make and selected the screen to get the best screen quality for sample and bulk production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years work experience in the printing production process and high understanding capability of different machines tools & techniques for proper utilize and male function of the machines;
∎ In-depth understanding of operational issues and policy work at state, national and international levels;
∎ Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including demonstrated expertise;
∎ Excellent management leadership skills as well as facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages between Senior Officials;
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
∎ Proficiency in English language and a familiarity with the particular country environment as if effects development strategies;
∎ Job Location : Kashimpur, Gazipur
