Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In Textile Engineering from AUST/ BUTEX having major in Wet Processing Technology
∎ Candidate must be mentioned major subject in CV
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the dyeing process like pre-treatment, enzyme, dyeing, Soaping, and Softening criteria.
∎ Follow up machine parameters and process parameters are followed by operators during dyeing of batches.
∎ Follow up in time batch unload by preparing target & checking deviation from actual
∎ Prepare recipe of each batch and verify dyes types & amount of dyes as per batch quantity.
∎ Coordinate in time batch ready for dyeing which accumulate assumption of when batch is needed.
∎ Follow up dyeing program, batch plan by sedo-master and control load of batches as per dyeing program
∎ Follow up pH of different stage in dyeing, dosing time with type of dosing needed for different dyes and chemicals
∎ Check the absorbency and whiteness needed in pre-treatment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresh Candidates are encouraged to apply
∎ At least 2 years experience in related field will be preferred for Production Officer
∎ Team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated & result oriented
∎ Excellent communication skills in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay at factory site
