জব কনটেক্সট: গাজীপুরে বসবাসকারী প্রার্থীদের জন্য অগ্রাধিকার।
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
- আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থীদের কল করে ট্রেনিং কোর্স সম্পর্কে তথ্য প্রদান করা।
- ইনকামিং কল রিসিভ করে কোর্স, ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া, ফি ও ক্লাস টাইমিং সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়া।
- প্রতিদিন নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক কোল্ড কল এবং ফলো-আপ কল করা।
- শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিয়ে তাদের কোর্সে এনরোল করতে উৎসাহ দেওয়া।
- ডাটাবেইজ/CRM সফটওয়্যারে কলের রিপোর্ট ও ফলো-আপ আপডেট রাখা।
- প্রয়োজনে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া বা ইনবক্স মেসেজ রিপ্লাই দেওয়া।
- কোর্স সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো সমস্যা বা জিজ্ঞাসা দ্রুত সমাধানে সহায়তা করা।
