Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all receiving and distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Have to maintain inventory of store by using Software.
∎ Receive store materials from local, and foreign suppliers and any other sources as per the LC/purchase approval document.
∎ Have to maintain proper records, and tags and track surplus properly.
∎ Ensure all receive & distribution of all Spare parts and general store items with proper document.
∎ Prepare monthly stock reports regularly & Maintain store ledger properly.
∎ Liaison with the Sales team, Purchase and Material, QC, Commercial, Production, and other related departments.
∎ Have to generate regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
∎ Develop and arrange deliverable materials in-store areas (As Needed).
∎ Prepare & maintain all records of raw materials, products, and packaging movement.
∎ Receive & inspect deliveries to ensure they meet expected specifications.
∎ Strongly handle all kinds of incoming & outgoing materials.
∎ Able to work well under pressure & lead fellow members.
∎ Inventory should be maintained in the name of the product.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the concerned authority.
