Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Health Economics, Political Sciences or Public Policy or relevant business/ life sciences related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting research, analyzing current healthcare policies, evaluating the effects Of proposed legislation, and reporting on findings.
∎ Build strong relationship of Roche with government officials in healthcare sector to add value in policy decisions in order to benefit community.
∎ Influence political and social events to increase voice around healthcare issues in related Therapeutic areas. Work in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders i.e. Government, NGOs/Embassies/Medical societies etc. bring required therapeutic area in in Government's priority agenda.
∎ Bring desired change in healthcare system & policies through legislation in stipulated period.
∎ Maintain in-house cross-functional collaboration and partnership for various policy plan and other activities as required.
∎ Ensuring Company's compliance in related fields.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience of 3-5 years in government affairs, policy, public or corporate affairs (preferably with some years of experience in the life sciences / pharmaceutical industry). Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to work within a team environment.
