Experience Requirements:

Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity
∎ Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style wise, color wise and reconciliation.
∎ Monthly, hourly, daily target follow up.
∎ WIP Control.
∎ Minimize Wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ Maintain highest standard of quality.
∎ Skill development in the floor.
∎ Maintain Safe, Compliant and pleasant workplace.
∎ Any Other responsibilities assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
