Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Assist Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery.
∎ Assist and Report to Plant head for all sorts technical issues related to Mechanical, Electrical, Power generation & utility services.
∎ To Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Assist to making annual budget for Mechanical Dept.
∎ To Co-ordinate with various dept & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Supervision of erection, commissioning of machinery.
∎ Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems arose from Mechanical, Electrical & Pneumatic system.
∎ Prepare & submit weekly / monthly report on preventive maintenance, emergency / breakdown maintenance, overhauling & other stoppage time for the plant & machinery.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Mechanical dept of any Textile industry
∎ Should have leadership quality
∎ Should be very technical in leading the department
Salary: Negotiable
