Job Context:
∎ The plumber in RI`s COVID 19 Hospital works under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor in RI`s COVID 19 Hospital, and directly supports the all the plumbing works in the hospital. The position will be responsible for plumbing activities for RI`s main hospital COVID19 response. This position requires accountability, flexibility, time management and ability to get works done in time.
∎ Reporting to: Maintenance Supervisor
∎ Department: Operations
∎ Expected Start Date: ASAP
∎ Contract length: Up to December 31, 2020.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support on plumbing works in Relief International working area.
∎ Responsible for all well-functioning water supplies and proper water facility.
∎ Update the needs to the Maintenance Supervisor
∎ Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 Years work experience in plumbing shops and with NGOs.
∎ Able to prioritize, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
∎ Able to work independently and within a team.
∎ Diligent in work processes.
Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one basic salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly basic salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
