∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electronics Showroom, Retail Operation, Retail Sales, showroom management, Showroom Sales and Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the monthly sales targets.
∎ Schedule and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
∎ Maintain daily outlet operation.
∎ Daily reporting to manager.
∎ Responsible for all transactions (products, financial, and other) for a specific outlet.
∎ Develop operational strategies to meet quality and customer service expectations.
∎ Keep the outlet environment clean and attractive.
∎ Properly maintaining cash and credit sales with a 100% collection record.
∎ Gather customer feedback and make any necessary operational changes to the outlet.
∎ Provide sales associates with sales, customer orientation, and merchandising training.
∎ Schedule a meeting to discuss issues and updates.
∎ Respond courteously to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyze and solve problems quickly and accurately.
∎ Leadership abilities and quality to keep the sales team together.
∎ Demand forecasting & brand marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Sales Commission
