∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Prepare detailed Business Plan and formulate Sales Strategies for the region.
∎ Enhance business outputs from existing clients and explore new clients for business expansion.
∎ Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region. Ensure order collection and sales in the maximum number of clients.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
∎ To ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
∎ To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ Execute all the sales and promotional activities.
∎ Monitor overall Plaza Operation.
∎ Plaza Sales & Plaza Administration.
∎ Plan & facilitate retail sales promotion for retail electronics products.
∎ Create sub-dealers for Plaza to increase the sales volume.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Related with showroom operation.
∎ Relevant field with electronics goods.
∎ Candidates must be proficient in motorcycling.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
∎ Excellent Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
∎ Customer orientation and customer service.
∎ Very much friendly with a social communication platform
∎ Good Leadership skills.
∎ Self-motivated & have the ability to work as a team leader
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, etc.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ An attractive salary with an incentive package will provide to the deserving candidates.
Salary will revise yearly based on performance.
