Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any recognized university, preferably in Social Science or any other relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop of an effective and efficient M&E System in line with donor and ICCO requirements.
∎ Propose necessary adjustments to the M&E systems as and when required.
∎ Monitor project progress and measure the success and failure both quantitatively and qualitatively.
∎ Collect quality data, consolidate, analyze and reporting by conducting regular field visits to the project sites.
∎ Ensure that the evaluations, researches, feasibility studies, cases studies are appropriately carried out.
∎ Ensure that the M & E findings and organizational learning of the program are appropriately documented and disseminated at the different levels.
∎ Develop monitoring framework, indicators and upload in system.
∎ Assist to develop project documents and uploading in ICCO software/system.
∎ Ensure baseline, mid-line and final evaluation accurately done considering ICCO and donor's requirements.
∎ Prepare Annual Project Information required by ICCO, Donors and other sources.
∎ Update database and other records on regular basis, analyzed and provided feedback to respective unit/ staff;
∎ Writing reports and capturing key lesson learnt;
∎ Assist Project Coordinator to establish effective system for information sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Document and sharing project success, best practices, case stories, progress and learning in different local, national and international forums, websites, newsletter/magazine, newspaper in collaboration with RDRS communications team.
∎ S/he will carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the senior management as required by the project or organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least minimum 05 years experience on relevant activities in a development organization.
∎ Data management and report Producing;
∎ Good interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Good presentation skill;
∎ Skill on process facilitation;
∎ Should have motorcycle driving license.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)

∎ As per Company Policy and Project's Budget.
