• Minimum 10 years hand on experience in construction project with reckonable period in industrial factory building package (RCC & Steel Structure) project planning.

• Job Requirements

• Candidates ready to join at short notice will get privileged.

• Must be conversant in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project programmed.

• EPC contractor resources deployment (tools & tackle and manpower) adequacy to achieve the milestones.

• Strong fluency in English.

• Strong communication ability with International Engineering company.

• Good leadership, execution skill, smartness, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage any embarrassing situation.

• Candidate should be able to understand drawings, quantity survey and cost analysis

Job Description / Responsibility

• Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software (Microsoft Project and P6) considering all inputs’ (manpower, equipment’s and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.

• Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required. Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

• Coordination with Head Office, Consultant, Client for timely approval of design and drawings.

• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software and determine critical paths for project completion.

• Coordinate with construction managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Collaborate with project teams, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and schedules.

• Work with management and project team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.

• Track project progress against planned schedules. Generate regular progress reports /dashboards / PowerPoint Presentations for stakeholders. Prepare DPR/WPR/MPR for the project.

• Monitoring project budgets, costs, and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle. Identify deviations from planned schedules and propose corrective actions.

• Conduct risk analysis to identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project schedules. Monitor and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

• Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, discuss issues, and prepare the Minutes of the Meeting (MoM).

• Maintaining regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address concerns. Communicate effectively on cost-related matters, including presenting reports and recommendations.

• Responsible to perform any others relevant job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
